Our Roman Gladiator workshop provides a unique insight into life in Roman Britain.
Our fearsome Gladiator dressed in full body armour will visit your school and will talk to the children about how life was living as a Gladiator.
Set in 72AD, our Gladiator will show the children his weaponry including his shield, helmet and his trusty sword.
The children are led through a soldiers drill as well as creating their own mini ampitheatre to watch a mock barbarian battle. Our Gladiator also spends time describing the food he ate, the way he bathed and takes time to play some Roman games.
Our Roman Gladiator workshop is the perfect way to engage children who may be studying this as a topic or as an enthralling and informative session for any Key Stage One or Key Stage Two pupils.
