Hannah provides a variety of art based workshops for schools and community groups of all ages.

Hannah teaches the basic elements of drawing and painting such as drawing faces, shading, colour mixing and perspective as well as more advanced techniques such as batik, printmaking, installation, sculpture, embroidery and collage.

Groups can design their own project that will be specifically tailored around their needs, or they can choose to use or adapt a project from various set projects listed on her website.

Hannah has a degree in Fine Art and a Post graduate Diploma in Children and Young People. She has taught in over 20 different settings including two years’ experience in pupil referral unit.

Alongside schools work, Hannah continues to work as an artist and has good connections with local galleries and artist collectives. Hannah works to national curriculum guidelines and has training in child protection, first aid and special needs.

"Working with Hannah has been inspirational for both pupils and staff across the school… Hannah’s enthusiasm and passion for developing young artists was paramount in her professionalism…. Hannah engaged the children from beginning to end; she shared her own work as an artist and spent time discussing and explaining her pieces. Age appropriate workshops were delivered to a high standard, supporting the schools implementation of the Art National Curriculum, developing skills and promoting independent and creative thinking."
