Zest Dance Workshops have been teaching in schools across the UK for 12 years. We offer exciting educational school dance workshops from Foundation to Key Stage Three and beyond. We teach all styles of dance to all ages and abilities and we also specialise in teaching at Special Needs schools. The workshops are National Curriculum friendly and fitted around your school timetable. We also do Inset Dance sessions to guide teachers on how to teach dance lessons.

Zest workshops cover may dance styles: Street, Contemporary, Bollywood, Classical Indian, African, Salsa Fusion, Greek, English Country, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lindy Lop, Physical Theatre, Ballet and many more. We deliver cultural diversity workshops to educate children on world dance styles. Our workshops are educational as they not only offer practical dance skills and technique but we also talk about the history and background of the dance and show props and costumes to the children. This gives a rounded and informative dance session.

We are experienced working with children with physical disabilities, special educational needs and children with English as a second language. We believe dance is a great art form for everyone to enjoy, whatever your ability.

We have worked with Creative partnerships, Big Dance 2010, Best Theatre Arts and Stagecoach, Enfield Youth Services, as well as hundreds of schools and colleges!
