FINDING THE WILL works with children of all ages shaking up Shakespeare!  We lead interactive two hour workshops and week-long residencies in your school on six of Shakespeare's most well-loved plays: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, The Tempest, Hamlet and Twelfth Night. Whether you choose a workshop or a Residency, the children require no prior knowledge of the play, but leave the session with a full grasp of the plot, the main characters and the main themes.  The residency week begins with an interactive workshop and culminates with a performance by  the children of their very own production of the play for parents, friends and the rest of the school on Friday afternoon.  As well as learning a Shakespeare play the children have the chance to practise other skills in their time with us including listening and concentration, speaking aloud, teamwork, creativity and perhaps most importantly they have the chance to build their confidence.  During the workshops there is opportunity for the children to perform and answer questions thereby moving the story along.  At  FINDING THE WILL we believe there are never wrong answers only interesting ideas.
