Big Wheel use theatre to teach, train and inspire. We offer a variety of shows covering language learning, sustainability, climate change and Shakepeare. Shows include:
Voulez Vous?! – an interactive and hilarious workshop that will compliment Modern Foreign Language teaching for KS1 and 2. Pupils get the chance to listen and communicate in French in a workshop that can be adapted to all levels of French speaking.
Go! Go! Go! – a mad scientist helps to present this show all about sustainable transport that can support your school travel plan whilst educating students about global warming and different, safe, sustainable ways of travelling to school in a fun and exciting way. Parts of the show can be adapted to the individual concerns of schools in different areas.
Strictly Shakespeare - an introduction to the work of the greatest entertainer of all time! This show explores some of the different types of plays Shakespeare wrote and even gets the students doing their own version of Hamlet. Fortunately, our version is not 4 hours long!
All workshops last between 75 and 90 minutes. More details of these shows and other things we offer can be found on our website. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and look forw3ard to hearing from you.
