Watch our School Drumming Teacher Feedback Video All our workshops encourage students to relax, reduce stress and have fun while they learn to listen, respond and co-operate to make up rhythm. Drumming Workshops – students learn the basics of playing a large hand drum such as a djembe and how to work together with rhythm. Depending on time and progress we also introduce small percussion and bass drums. Suitable for class size groups. Boomwhackers are great for assemblies – imagine a whole primary school or sceondary school year group all playing together. Suitable for up to 500 players. Drum Circles allow improvisation right from the start. Students sit down and just start playing a mix of hand drums, small percussion and bass drums. We facilitate the process so that rhythms are created while all have fun taking part at their own level. Suitable for up to 200 players. Body Percussion – rhythm making with no instruments! Largest group so far is 1500. INSET Team Building uses some or all of the above and more! We bring our expertise from working with corporate teams to your school and arrange a bespoke programme to enhance your INSET day. From a single workshop to a series of energisers that keep everyone awake and focussed on the business in hand.
