A-life provides hands-on healthy living workshops, fitness sessions and alcohol and drugs awareness sessions that encourage and educate children to develop healthy habits and partake in an active lifestyle.

A-life Ltd. was established in 2004 and has taught in over 450 schools and can help your school to maintain its Healthy Schools Status and enhancement criteria. As well as giving pupils the opportunity to learn more about their bodies in a fun way.

Recognising that children learn in many different ways, our wide range of activities suits even the most diverse class. Topics include: a balanced diet, nutritional values, 5-a-day, where food comes from, the importance of water, healthy teeth, sleep, exercise, hygiene, dangers of smoking and more. Sessions are carefully tailored to suit Nursery to Year 8 pupils.
